Kathy joined Rockwell Automation in 2002 as a summer intern. After graduating from college, she accepted a position in Rockwell Automation’s Operations Leadership Development program where she had various responsibilities in Manufacturing, Materials Management, Supervision and Industrialization.

Upon graduation from the Leadership Development program, she worked as a Manufacturing Engineer within Twinsburg Operations. She was responsible for the manufacturing of the ControlLogix product line. She also collaborated on numerous cost savings and continuous improvement projects. Currently, she works as a Senior Industrialization Engineer supporting new product development.

Kathy has a BS degree from The Ohio State University in Industrial and Systems Engineering. She resides in Twinsburg, OH with her husband. She is an advisor to the Chi Omega Sorority at John Carroll University. Kathy enjoys playing sports, especially skiing, basketball and kickball.
